Mentoring MBA students at HKU has been an incredibly rewarding and energizing experience. I have thoroughly enjoyed getting to know the students, understanding their career aspirations and desires, and playing a small role in providing guidance to them as they think through potential career opportunities and paths.

The Mentorship Programme also gives me a chance to interact with potential talent and helps me think of ways we can make the experience for MBA students joining EY Parthenon more satisfying and enriching.  Overall it has been a great experience and I look forward to continuing as a mentor to the MBA programme going forward.
