Our MBA alumni, students and staff got together in “Sake Tasting for HKU MBA Community” on 18 and 26 June. With guided tasting and introduction offered by Sake Central, our alumni and students tried 5 sake bottles from small and large breweries, both in and outside of Japan. All of them had a great enjoyment of the fine Japanese food and sake.
