After my graduation from Politecnico of Milano with a master‘s degree in Management, Economics and Industrial Engineering, I had the chance to grow through several different working experiences. Firstly I was employed for one year in the sales department of Coca-Cola as a market developer, then I moved to Ernst & Young business advisory services, where I spent two years as a business consultant. Lastly I joined A2A, a big multi-utility Italian company, where I worked for four years in the credit management department as a mass market credit manager.
Along my professional path I developed and improved several skills related to the different kinds of industries and roles I covered. Communication and negotiation, time management and problem solving, leadership and focus on objectives are only some of the capabilities that I gained. However I understood that I needed something more to make a leap in my career. An MBA was the right answer, the way to collect all my skills and to make them organic, giving me the instruments to be a manager and a leader.
The HKU MBA is a young and top ranked programme. The high quality of teaching, the international perspective with a focus on the Asian economy and the partnership with first class schools like Columbia and London Business School are features that make this experience unique and worthy. Moreover, Hong Kong is the heart of Asian markets and the door to the western economies, which means a wide range of exciting opportunities both for my professional and personal future.
