Charleston Sin is Executive Director of mCommerce Online, a software development & service company, and Co-founder of Peach Bioverse, a digital health start-up. Charleston spent last five year as the Executive Director of MIT HK Innovation Node, where he was responsible to make the Node as an innovation icon, serving MIT and Hong Kong communities.

Prior to joining MIT, Charleston held executive positions in research & development, product management, and sales & marketing at VMware, Cisco Systems, and Nortel Networks in the United States, Canada, Asia Pacific, and Greater China. He is Professor of Practice in the Faculty of Business at the HK Polytechnic University, and Adjunct Associate Professor of the University of Hong Kong.

Dr Sin serves on the Board of Directors and the Chair of Entrepreneurship Committee of Hong Kong Cyberport Management Company, a Vice President of the eHealth Consortium. He also serves in committees in HK Hospital Authority, Applied Sciences and Technology Research Institute (ASTRI), Enterprise Support Scheme (ESS) of ITF under Innovation Technology Commission (ITC), Advisory Committee of Art Development (ACAD), & Hong Kong Olympic House Management.

Charleston is an Advisor of TempleWater Asset Management, a private equity firm, and Comfiknit, an active wear start-up, & App Inventor Foundation. He is active in HK start-up community including a co-founder of digiXnode, a blockchain start-up, and Green Innoverse,
an agriculture 4.0 start-up. Charleston received his PhD in Management Sciences at The University of Waterloo in Canada. He is a Fellow of the HK Institute of Directors (FHKIoD).
