Participating in the HKU Mentorship Programme has been an incredibly enriching journey and it can only happen with dedication and commitment from both parties. I became a mentor to share knowledge – to give back to the Hong Kong community and nurture growth in the younger generation.

My greatest satisfaction is being able to see direct impact and tangible results for my mentees on both the personal and professional front. Watching my mentees conquer challenges, achieving goals, and learning new skills have been nothing but pure joy.
