Meeting Rajeev has been one of the most valuable and fun experiences of my MBA journey. He is patient with me, easy to reach out to, and always willing to help me with any of my questions.

With a strong interest in finance, my aim was to learn as much as possible at HKU and perhaps get some hands-on experience for my long-term career. Rajeev inspired me with his own journey at Citibank and demonstrated what it takes to be a successful corporate elite. We have maintained our strong bond with a regular monthly meetup, and every time we have met, Rajeev shared different stories that gave me precise vision and directed me to more profound thinking.

From my mentor, I learned how to be a constant learner, a leader, and a life enthusiast. We not only talked about hard techniques like interview skills and team management, but also discussed deep life questions like what motivates us and more. I believe in the future, I will always look up to Rajeev and perhaps still go to him when I face obstacles, as this is a lifelong relationship.
