It was our pleasure to invite Wayne Tsang and Sovina Taneja to share insights on Next Gen Foods, a plant-based food technology company that uses plants to create food experiences. As the acceptance and demand for alternative meats continue to increase, there will be more and more opportunities within the global plant-based protein market.
