We held a workshop on leadership skills recently, where students learnt how important innovation and and co-creation are when it comes to distinguishing managers from leaders, important qualities to have in this ever-evolving and changing world.

Students also learnt about the leadership pipeline and drew on their own personal experiences to assess where they stand as leaders, and where they hope to further develop.

This interactive session allowed the students to introspect and learn how they can become better leaders as their careers advance.
