Online Workshop Session on “EQ Wellness: How to Manage Stress in Times of Change in the Corporate Environment”

Last week, the HKU MBA Career Development and Training had Natalie Evie 黃慧玟, a Corporate Trainer and Executive Coach, deliver a live online workshop session on “EQ Wellness: How to Manage Stress in Times of Change in the Corporate Environment”.

As we move forward in this time of COVID-19, there continues to be challenges and unknowns which can bring on a variety of emotions, in both our work and personal lives. The workshop covered aspects on how emotions play a role when interacting with others, and how it affects thinking patterns.

Key takeaways were learning how to identify the core reason for stress at work and at home, and learning special techniques to manage stress and regulate emotions. Thank you for your insightful sharing, Natalie Evie.
