As part of our learning and development series for students and alumni, HKU MBA Career Development and Training recently invited Thomas Bain, Leadership Trainer and Executive Coach to speak on “Executive Presence”.

Tom has senior finance management experience that includes 12 years as a Managing Director at JP Morgan. He is now a Professional Certified Coach and has provided numerous training and executive coaching sessions.

The online workshop focused on the 3 pillars of #ExecutivePresence: Gravitas, Communication, and Appearance, and how these core elements help us achieve professional success. The session highlighted the importance of managing your personal brand, and becoming aware of both verbal and non-verbal communications in the corporate workplace.
