Mr Ricky Wong, Vice Chairman and Group CEO of HKTVmall joined us for the Success Leadership Series Part 1 on Entrepreneurship: How to be a “business owner”. Before the session Professor Yuk-fai Fong, Associate Dean (Taught Postgraduate), delivered a welcome speech and introduced Ricky by thanking him for his invaluable time. Ricky revealed the secrets behind his multiple success stories and how he turned from an influential telecom industry icon to an e-commerce platform legend. The Q&A session covered the challenges he encountered during his business journey, how he built his strong team and why he made his company structure a flat and transparent one.
