The HKU MBA office organised a cocktail making event for part-time MBA students based in Shenzhen and Guangzhou on 8 May 2022. Students were invited to the exclusive cocktail bar in Shenzhen to taste and make various fine cocktails.

The mixologist introduced cocktail-making techniques, demonstrated how to create each cocktail, and gave an in-depth introduction to each spirit – including, but not limited to, production, history, brands, and tasting notes. Students had access to a series of bottles and had so much fun making their own cocktails.
