𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐫𝐢𝐮𝐦𝐩𝐡 𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐌𝐁𝐀 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐁𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝

This year’s full-time MBA induction week included an exciting outward bound programme in Sai Kung, where our students had the opportunity to challenge themselves both physically and mentally – even despite a few light showers.

The activities required our students to step out of their comfort zones and work together as a team. Whether navigating high ropes courses or building a raft-like structure, the students had to rely on one another and contribute to the group effort.

For many, facing these physical challenges also meant confronting personal fears, such as a fear of heights. But through the support of their teammates, they were able to push past their limits and achieve success.

This experience inspired our students to cultivate leadership and a spirit of service to others, as well as putting trust in the team and overcoming obstacles as one via communication.

We trust having this mindset will serve them well both in and out of the classroom, now and in the future.
