Mr Edwin Keh, Chief Executive Officer of The Hong Kong Research Institute of Textiles and Apparel, conducted a webinar on “Sustainability, Circular Economy & Social Responsibility – A session about sustainability and what we must focus in the present to secure our future”. He shared how sustainability brings a competitive business advantage and everyone can make a better society.
In the Fireside Chat with HKU MBA alumni Mr Akshay Rao (Class of 2017) and Mr Abhijit Sharma (Class of 2018), Edwin, Akshay and Abhijit discussed the importance of education in sustainability and ways to embrace sustainability on a national level to gain a better public awareness. The Q&A session included questions about the future of brick-and-mortar stores, the consumer’s buying behavior and how people remain competitive in the global market.
