As part of HKU MBA Career Development and Training’s orientation series, last week Thomas Bispham, Sr. hosted a CV workshop for our full-time MBA students. Tom outlined how to look at the bigger picture when it comes to constructing a CV. Tom highlighted the importance of looking at your CV from both a macro perspective (ie. industry) and a micro perspective (ie. personal uniqueness).

The students enjoyed the collaborative exercise where they had to act as a hiring manager and critique CV samples, enabling them to understand how their CV will be perceived by the company. Thank you for your insights and thoughtful sharing session, Thomas!
