It was a pleasure having Ruby Tao during our Greater China Trek to share with us her experiences working at Unilever!

Ruby explained how Unilever strategically chooses new brands to add to the brand family, integrating the company’s vision and to ensure they provide products that the market needs. Students were intrigued to learn how various departments communicate and work with one another, even in such a large organization. Ruby also expanded on the corporate culture, emphasizing how Unilever is focused on employee learning as they provide the resources and training for their professional growth, as well as have many team building and recreational activities.
