We had the pleasure to host Cathy Choi from Google to kick off our Singapore Trek last week. As a seasoned HR professional, Cathy showed our students what it takes to be a Googler.

Globally, Google is known for its unique company culture emphasizing decentralization and transparency. Cathy delved deeper into how Google’s openness, acceptance and diversity have resulted in an “employee first” culture – by implementing initiatives that prioritize and support their professional development.
