Under the Learning and Development Curriculum, we had an engaging workshop in January on executive presence.
Most leaders aspire to attain executive presence, but many find it difficult to achieve. Executive presence is sometimes confused with charisma, and being aware of the difference gives entrepreneurial students an edge. During the workshop, students committed to an action plan and personal roadmap to further develop and enhance their executive presence.
