We recently held a great panel discussion on “Corporate Innovation” with our students, Dianne Yang and Mohan Ramola, as moderators, and Medhy Souidi, Michelle Mak, Boris Brunold, and Vivien Hau, as our speakers.

The panelists were asked questions regarding the opportunities and challenges they face when trying to incorporate creative change at work. Everyone shared various perspectives and highlighted the importance of balancing risk and creativity, while navigating internal and external barriers. The panel also emphasized the importance of partnerships and collaborations, as it enables businesses to think outside the box and work with other players in the market. Ultimately, they taught the students that when it comes to corporate innovation, it must be purposeful, sustainable, and collaborative.
