Professor Frederick Ma, Chairman of FWD Group Holdings Limited, talked to our MBA community in person on 6 October, sharing his management strategies. Before the session, Associate Dean (Taught Postgraduate) Professor Yuk-fai Fong delivered a welcome speech, introduced Fred, and thanked him for sharing his expertise and insights.

Fred spoke about his leadership journey in both the public sector and commercial sector and explained how important the three elements of vision, execution, and communication are in shaping oneself into a successful leader. Fred also had an active dialogue with the audience during the Q&A session, which covered how he tackled different challenges he faced and how he empowered his team.
