Mr. James Root, Senior Partner of Bain & Company and Chairman of Bain Futures, delivered a leadership talk on 17 November 2021. Throughout his tenure at Bain, James focused on corporate transformations involving organisational effectiveness, strategy, cost management, and operational improvement. He shared with students and alumni his 30-year journey of global leadership across Europe, North America and Asia Pacific, and also provided insights into the transformation of the strategy consulting industry.
