Mr Ricky Wong, Vice Chairman and Group CEO of HKTVmall, finished his second lecture with our HKU Business School community on the 27th February. He spoke about knowledge transfer within online retailing and digital ecosystems while reflecting on HKTVmall’s past, present and future. Professor Yuk-fai Fong, Associate Dean (Taught Postgraduate), welcomed Ricky and thanked him for his business insights and for sharing his expertise once again with the community. Ricky spoke about his journey with HKTVmall, his philosophy for people management and his vision as a successful entrepreneur and industry disruptor. He also shared his future plans for HKTVmall as well as his views on the development of e-commerce in Hong Kong.

Ricky then provided effective leadership advice and predicated consumer behaviour trends using data analysis. Thank you, again, Ricky for this insightful and enlightening presentation!
