The MBA Office invited Ressigeac Gems, a gem company based in Bangkok that specialises in fine rubies, sapphires and precision cut semi-precious stones to deliver a talk to our students and alumni entitled “The Wonders of Coloured Gemstones”. Students and alumni were treated to a lecture on the refining process of gems from mine to market, introduction of the cut, colour, clarity and carat of gemstones as well as their investment opportunities. Finally, they were shown with the finest collection of gemstones and had the chance to appreciate the gems with what they had just learnt!
