To bridge the gap between industries and our MBA community, our Career Development & Training (CDT) team has been actively engaging with corporate partners to organise a range of events, including information sessions, company visits, fireside chats, and more.

On 21 Jun 2025, we had the privilege of hosting 𝗔𝗯𝗱𝘂𝗹 𝗟𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗳 𝗝𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗲𝗹 (𝗔𝗟𝗝) at our Shenzhen Campus for an enlightening info session. Founded in Saudi Arabia in 1945, ALJ has a global presence in over 30 countries with operations across various sectors, including automotive distribution, financial services, renewable energy, and health. During this session, Ms. Rebecca Yang, Director of Talent Acquisition & Strategic Workforce Planning at ALJ, shared valuable insights about the company’s history, latest development, organisational culture, and global expansion strategy. A roundtable discussion followed, where Mr. Siwei Chen, Manager of Business Development, and Mr. Yang Wang, Senior General Manager of Business Development at ALJ, shared their experience in cross-border project management. Concluding the session, Ms. Daisy Liao, Senior Partner of Talent Acquisition, introduced the ALJ MBA Management Trainee Programme and career opportunities available to our MBA students.
