What is your biggest satisfaction from the mentorship programme?
Guiding my mentees in adapting to new environments and exploring fresh opportunities is a source of immense fulfillment in the mentorship program. Facilitating their transition, helping them navigate unfamiliar territories, and encouraging them to step out of their comfort zones to seize new prospects are moments that truly resonate with me.
