Aspirations for Pursuing an MBA
My motivation to pursue an MBA stems from a desire to enhance my business acumen, leadership skills, and strategic thinking capabilities. I recognised that while my technical expertise and experience have allowed me to achieve specific career milestones, an MBA would provide the formal education and broad-based knowledge necessary to take on higher-level management roles. Additionally, I was motivated by the opportunity to network with like-minded professionals, learn from experienced faculty, and gain exposure to global business practices.
After completing the MBA, I expect to take on more complex and senior roles within my industry. The programme will enhance my ability to manage cross-functional teams, lead innovation initiatives, and drive organisational growth. I also expect to leverage the global network of peers and alumni to explore new business opportunities and collaborate on projects that have a meaningful impact.
