We had an insightful panel discussion on “Reskilling in the Digital Age” from our #HRLeadersForum, held on July 16th. The session featured our 3 distinguished speakers, Herbert Siu, Resham Hemlani, and Thomas Huang, and was moderated by our MBA Programme Director, Bonnie Hayden Cheng.

The panel discussion focused on the significance of improving the productivity of employees by having companies invest in upskilling their workforce, and also taking on the opportunity to value internal talents. The session also noted that there is a fundamental shift to focus on the applicability of upskilling programmes, so providers need to tailor the design of such courses for each company’s needs.
