HKU MBA Career Development and Training recently hosted a sharing session by Ivan Wong from LinkedIn, where we discussed how to fully utilize LinkedIn as more than a job search platform.

Ivan delved into how social media is playing a bigger role in the job-search process, and how LinkedIn aims to help its users create a professional network. He outlined how the features on LinkedIn are designed to help build one’s personal brand, which can be leverage to increase the visibility and presence of an individual on the platform.
