As the business world becomes increasingly dependent on international networks, the Singapore Trek is designed for students who seek to develop a professional network in Singapore. We visited eight companies from different industries including UOB Kay Hian Holdings Limited, PersolKelly, Sia Partners, UPS Asia Pacific, MoneySmart (FinTech), Mapletree Investments, Apple and Infosys. In particular, the students met up with senior executives from the companies so that they could gain a better understanding of the business strategies, potential job openings as well as career development in these organisations. The Career Services Team also organised a networking event in the evening and invited alumni, business leaders as well as other external stakeholders to share views about working and living in Singapore.
