An inspiring and highly engaging session unfolded as HKU MBA students and alumni came together

for the Real-World Coaching Workshop: Insights, Tools & Network Building. We were honoured to welcome Mr. Ernie Turner, President of Leadership in Motion (LIM), and Mrs. Pam Birkett, Associate & HK Representative of LIM.

Drawing on decades of global consulting experience, our expert facilitators guided participants through a dynamic learning process designed to empower leaders. Rather than emphasizing on theory, the workshop immersed participants in proven, practical leadership methods to tackle real-world challenges.

Key highlights and methodologies included:
