𝑳𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈, 𝒆𝒙𝒑𝒍𝒐𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒈, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒏𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 — 𝑯𝑲𝑼 𝑴𝑩𝑨 𝒔𝒕𝒖𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔’ 𝒅𝒆𝒍𝒆𝒈𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒕𝒐 𝑳𝒐𝒏𝒅𝒐𝒏🎡

Our 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐅𝐢𝐞𝐥𝐝 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 (𝐈𝐅𝐏) continues to expand our MBA student’s global perspective through study trips across different regions worldwide 🌍. Last week, in collaboration with HKU-TLV Innovation Hub, we took out students to an exciting trip to explore London – from global business and policy to hands-on innovation in one of the world’s leading financial hubs 💼.

During this 6-day trip, students attended an insightful lecture by Mr. Toby Greene on the geopolitical landscape of the UK and EU, and a thought-provoking lecture by Mr. Jeffrey Chwieroth, Head of Department and Professor of International Relations at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). They also visited Centerbridge Partners, L.P., where Mr. Steven Skaar, partner at the firm, provided expert perspectives on the evolving investment landscape. Next, they visited Fuller’s Brewery to learn the secret of brewing craft beer.

In addition to the lectures and company visits, our students immerse themselves in the cultural aspect of London through visiting iconic landmarks like the Tower of London, the Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, The Houses of Parliament, The Tate Modern Museum and London Eye. The final day was a true highlight of the trip, where students worked together on a market entry strategy for Skarper – a disruptive cycling technology redefining mobility.
