The China Immersion Programme is designed to reinforce academic theory taught in the classroom through experiential learning, which is delivered via company visits, executive talks, and cultural immersion in Mainland China.

The programme starts with the students learning about Hong Kong’s own business environment and culture upon their arrival at HKU, followed by a regular China Immersion Day throughout the semester in which you can take a break from classroom learning to attend an outdoor visits/ cultural events and immerse yourself in Chinese culture.

Trips to Mainland China were also arranged to bring students to Greater Bay Area and interact with business leaders and decision-makers at leading Chinese and international firms, as well as with MBA alumni in China. These opportunities enrich them with a holistic view of local business practices and provide a valuable insight on recruitment processes and talent acquisition needs in the area.
