It’s been an absolute pleasure engaging with my mentee, Jack Shi. This mentor-mentee partnership has definitely been a journey where we learned from one another.

Jack demonstrated a high level of maturity and confidence and what impressed me the most was his level of curiosity and his ability to challenge the status quo across various topics. Jack is an excellent listener and this clearly differentiates him from the others. I am extremely pleased he secured a position at Citi and have no doubt that he will succeed in all the endeavours he wishes to achieve.
