The topic for the panel discussion was, “Leading Across Cultures: Does Gender Affect Leadership in Multi-Cultural Teams.” As a group, the panel aimed to discuss how different genders react to cultural differences in the workplace and how leadership skills can be developed in an increasingly global work environment.
