We had the pleasure of hosting Jeffrey Oon, Trasy Lou Walsh, Eric Yu, Maye Shiao, and Mou Shao Jun from Advanced Intelligence Group and Atome to share insights about the technology market in ASEAN.

Jeffrey shared valuable insights on the opportunities and strengths of technological developments within South East Asia, showcasing the high growth potential of the region. Not only did our students learn about their operations, but got a glimpse into the company’s culture and values.

Moreover, the students heard insights from Trasy and Eric from Atome, a company under the Advanced Intelligence Group. Atome is a ‘buy now, pay later’ mobile application that allows customers to pay for retail goods in installments. They have partnered with 2000 retail shops (both online and offline) across Asia to provide customers an easy and convenient payment model. Our students learnt about Atome’s localization strategies – which showcase how the company provides a global product in a local environment, catering to their diverse customer base.
