I am currently working with BASF, the world’s largest chemical producer within the global supply chain strategy function. The role has given me a multi-dimensional exposure on end to end supply chain, from strategy and sourcing to logistics and operations; across various industries including shipping, forwarding, and agriculture. These experiences have given me international exposure and opportunities to work in Australia, Singapore and now in Hong Kong.

The role, which encompasses cross-functional projects on business and operations strategy synchronisation, has encouraged me to further equip myself with in-depth commercial knowledge to further excel in my career. MBA at the University of Hong Kong (HKU) offers a comprehensive curriculum from both regional and as well as a global business dynamics overview. The cross-programme electives, partnered with experienced and inspiring professors, coaching sessions and the diversity of candidates pool had I decided to embark my MBA journey with HKU. MBA at HKU is neither a programme nor a course, but a collective learning journey with people from all walks of life.

My experience has been great so far! The MBA journey has taught me an executive growth mindset and has allowed me to apply theories, tools, and methodologies to leverage what I have learned in the real world. The professors are dedicated in delivering a world class education, even during this pandemic.
